The construction puts maximum pressure on the big toe, which is great for overhanging. Plus, they have laces, which allows for a more precise and snug fit.

Equipped with a high-quality Vibram XS Grip 2 sole, not only will it literally stick to the rock, but it also makes the shoes super durable and abrasion-resistant. In addition, you can resole the Chimera without a problem. Another great feature of the easy-to-wash microfibre material includes its ability to retain its shape even after your 40th climb. As a result, the high-end Scarpa Chimera climbing shoes are perfect if you want maximum performance.

Excellent all-round shoe for bouldering

An excellent shoe. Better for edging than the Drago, but retaining much of that excellent grip, for smearing etc.
