The XA Pro 3D V9 Wide GTX from Salomon are "the Swiss army knife of trail running shoes" - an impressive claim that the shoes easily live up to! Because just like the incredibly versatile tool from Switzerland, the XA Pro 3D V9 Wide GTX are tough, durable, and give you the support you need on any adventure. The 3D Advanced Chassis is extremely sturdy, gives you the best motion control and offers good protection for your feet, which is further complimented by the extra reinforced toe cap. Thanks to a GORE-TEX membrane, these shoes are both waterproof and breathable. Meanwhile, the slightly wide fit makes the shoes perfect for wider feet.
Plenty of grip, surefootedness and ample cushioning
The tried and tested All Terrain Contagrip sole ensures unbeatable traction with a special lug geometry and clever distribution pattern, and therefore also offers great surefootedness in rough terrain. In addition, the sole was designed to provide a secure, comfortable walking experience on both wet and dry, and also hard surfaces.
