Through the robust synthetic upper with toe caps, you can skillfully master even stony and heavily rooted terrain while also being comfortable in shoes with a really good fit. The central twist lock and the hook and loop fastener on the toe mean these shoes can be fitted with precision so they always sit firmly and securely on the foot. The sole of the X-Alp Launch II cycling shoe is made of a carbon-reinforced composite and is stiff enough to guarantee efficient power transfer. An EVA midsole has been integrated so that you can easily overcome short foot sections on foot, and the rubber outsole offers good traction on varied terrain.
