failed the self-proclaimed design criteria

It is probably better than other models/brands so I will settle for this.

But I would like to ask the designers what they thought when they designed the cut.

The behind is cut generously and does not take into accound the shape of a womens bum at all. My bum swings in above and there is this gap of 12cm standing of in the waist above my bum.

The legs are straighter than what I saw in other brands/models and basically the reason why I still settle for this pair of pants.
But as a pair of pants that you plan to be active in and move comfortably in....

if you have strong calves because you are indeed an active person working out.... you will have a problem. they sit skin tight at my calves and restrict my movement.

this pair of paints look like straight leg but really is as much carrot as you can get- with the disadvantage of the straight cut at the hip that results in that before mentioned 12cm gap.

I actually think this is pair of pants failed in all of their claims:

1) women (no, you did not take the shape of a female behind into account)

2) climbing trousers to be active in (not if you have strong calves because you actually have muscles there and not because the fabric is not elastic enough to make up for the tight cut.)

yet another product that only works if your body is not curvy and if you do not have strong calves and do not plan to actually move in these pants. For looking sporty when walking to the supermarket- sure. For actually hanging on a climbing wall and doing all sorts of movements- only if you have a very wide bum to fill out that gap and skinny calves.

when will functional clothes actually prioritize functionality over following fashion trends?
You wouldn`t go climbing in skinny jeans either.
