With a capacity of 26 litres, the Hikelite 26 from Osprey is quite large for a day pack. In fact, that amount of storage would be enough for minimalists to go on a two to three-day hut trip! But, if you're planning on taking some pictures along the way with different lenses, your camera equipment is bound to take up quite a bit of room. Fortunately, there'll be plenty to spare! When you look at the Hikelite 26 more closely, you'll notice how compact and functional it is. The AirSpeed suspended mesh back system is a particularly clever feature, providing excellent airflow around the back in hot weather. Plus, it comes with a compartment for a hydration bladder as well. If you're not the hydration-system type, there are two large stretch outside pockets for two one-litre bottles as well. When the weather takes a turn for the worse, you can use the integrated rain cover to protect your belongings. As if that weren't enough, the Hikelite 26 comes equipped with pole holders, compression straps and a padded pocket for sunglasses, a mobile phone or your GPS device. A no-frills pack that has everything you need and nothing you don't!
