Product description

In the mountains, a reliable companion right on your back is indispensable - the Peak 35 by Ortovox is robust, long-lasting and equipped with a set of technical features. The Swisswool back system is made of pressed Swiss wool. The Peak 35's good moisture and temperature management due to the wool ensures a comfortable and dry feeling on your back. Optimized shoulder and hip straps distribute the weight evenly. The compression straps on the side narrow the backpack when there is little inside it and can be used as a ski fastening. Ice picks and poles can be attached to the front of the Peak 35 quickly and safely as well. The all-around zip makes sure your equipment is within reach quickly and without searching for long via the front. Every common hydration system can be used with the Peak 35. In the main compartment there is a centered holder for water bottles so the weight is focused in the best way possible. In addition to that there is a helmet net that can be attached to the front if necessary. Water repellent and extremely tear and abrasion-resistant - the Ortovox Peak 35 for alpine use.

As used in Alpine mountain rescue!

I've had Ortovox for years. So I was above Zermatt and a friend had a serious accident. The Cervinia patrol arrived, who were brilliant. And they all had Ortovox Peak rucksacks.
I obtained the Peak 35 to rest my 20 year old Ortovox Stratus 32, which is still pretty perfect. But the Peak 35 is much more modern, a better fit, sleeker, and great for carrying in the mountains. Doesn't quite fit some airlines as carry on, but that is the only drawback.
Plenty of other brands are available, but Ortovox is to me the finest. And I'm not the only judge. Just ask the people who really know - Cervinia mountain Rescue!
