I would buy this boot again! No hesitation!

I purchased these Eurologger 3 rubber boots when I began cutting red spruce trees for a scribe-fit log summer home (20' X 30') which I began constructing with the help of a Mackie short course log-building school in September 1987. Since then I have worn the boots whenever I was working with my Stihl 045AV or Jonsered 520SP. Thankfully I managed to avoid cutting my boots and myself. Often I would slip on my boots whenever I wanted to avoid getting my feet wet or wanted some traction in the snow. Very occasionally I inserted some screws in the boots for traction on ice. The only short coming is the fabric under the laces which deteriorated and tore a bit with age - no problem. Two days ago i noticed that the rubber which has cracked with age in a few places had actually perforated above the right heel so the boot will take on water if it is more than 4" deep. As a result these old friends and I must part company. I am afraid they will be replaced by a similar article that is more available even if the quality is less. I find the price along with shipping costs make the boots prohibitive even though the cost is not that bad considering I paid $73 I believe about 1986 for these Eurologgers.
You must get lots of testimonials re your footwear but I when I saw the opportunity I wanted to pass on my story. Keep up the good work!
