The strory: I had been following Achille Morlan's new venture with the Naglev brand. I had also followed that Austrian guy on YouTube who had been testing the original Naglevs as an allrounder pair of shoes (running, hiking, everyday wear, city – you name it). All that had distilled in an ever getting stronger desire to own and experience that versatilty nd beauty. Then I started hunting and waiting as there was no stock till this autumn. To my greatest surprise it also apeared here on Bergfreunde, by some cents cheaper and no free delvirey.
The only problem I have is that it is super-slow and difficult to get them on and off due to the built-in neoprene+wool sock. Don"t misunderstand me: I'm not complaining. I am ablsoultely happy, they are my best hiking boots ever (so far). I love them as they are. It's just so slow and such a struggle taking them on (and off) that I try keeping then on as long as possible :-)

Received a pair in 44, when my feet are normally 43. They were too small. I ordered a new pair in 45 in the meantime. To be confirmed if this solves the issue...
Besides sizing issues, I seriously doubt their fit for multi-day backpacking or any serious outdoor use. The outer envelope is definitely an eye-catcher but (too) stiff. Setting up the laces is old school with no possibility to control tension locally, etc.. This is before any test in the field. I decided to order a new pair, but for city-uses/aesthetics. For outdoor (ab)use, I will continue using my trusted Adidas Terex-, Mammut- & Decathlon lightweight-options, depending the terrain and weather...

These shoes looks unbreakable. they are very robust and very well built. They overcome my expectations. I really like everything about them, are comfortable, i wear them form more than 12 hours and were super ok. One negative thing is that they are hard to put on, but once you did, everything is cool.
