Also ist das Zelt nicht dicht? Nichtmal am ersten Tag?

Außenzelt: 10D Nylon mit PU-Beschichtung (800-1200 mm Wassersäule)
Boden: 30D Nylon Ripstop mit PU- und Silikonbeschichtung (2000 mm Wassersäule)

Diese Werte bedeuten docheindeutg, dass weder das Aussenzelt bei Dauerregen oder Gewitterregen dicht ist noch der Boden, sobald jemand im Zelt liegt?

Wie kann das sein und wozu dann das Zelt?

Hi Peter,

da hast du nicht so ganz unrecht. Die Wassersäulen (sollten sie nach DIN gemessen worden sein) wären recht gering und die Materialien event. auf Dauer nicht dicht (der Boden noch am ehesten). Allgemein gelten Zeltgewebe (Außenzelt) ab 1500mm bzw. 2000mm (Zeltboden) als Wasserdicht. Es wäre in diesem Fall also sicherheitshalber davon auszugeben das die Materialien nur stark abweisend sind.
