Product description
A real trooper when fighting against cold wind and heavy rain: the Ogre Jacket by Mountain Equipment offers complete, reliable protection against the elements! This hardshell jacket is reinforced on those areas that need it most. It will even hold its own on rough terrain when carrying a heavy touring backpack.
Its three-layered Drilite hardshell material offers universal protection, as it is completely waterproof, windproof and breathable. Mountain Equipment preformed the sleeves and cut the jacket specially for climbing and trekking to make sure the robust jacket doesn’t feel like just another piece of heavy equipment. It keeps the torso nicely covered and the jacket will stay where it is supposed to. The Ogre Jacket comes with everything you could need in the mountains. The two-way zipper is fitted with a storm flap, the hood is fully adjustable and so provides a sufficiently large field of vision. The sleeve cuffs and hem also seal off nicely. Ventilation zippers under the arms and practically placed outside pockets almost go without saying.
The Mountain Equipment Ogre Jacket make small work of foul, unpredictable weather and unpleasant conditions. If the weather clears up, the hardshell jacket can simply be put back into the lid compartment! ;"
