With its innovative Dual Tool clean technical ice axe and walking pole system and large open zippered access, the Cobra 25 is at home on a Scottish winter mountain ascent as it is on a summer ultra distance two day event.

Loved the simplicity!

I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in September for a week, and this served as my day bag. It was comfortable, surprisingly spacious - even with a full 3L water bladder in the pouch - and the full extension of the side zips even made it easy to access things at the bottom of the bag. The clip for a water bladder tube was a nice touch, the torso strap was nicely designed for the buckle to not dig into the torso, and the hip pads were wide enough to evenly distribute some of the weight. The only caveat was the lack of ventilation when climbing all day. I plan to use it in a few weeks when I go skiing as it seemed fairly water resistant, and very versatile!
