Hard as nails, not comfortable for longer walks
This shoe is so robust that it's almost like wearing a proper boot. Having done a number of walks over various distances I conclude that it's too uncomfortable to be worn over more than about 6 miles. I have a grudging respect for its toughness and waterproofness but for now have relegated it to street wear over the winter. It's an unforgiving experience for your feet.
