Very comprehensive set of holds
The coronavirus lockdown forced me to use this more and more (because the climbing gym is closed again). With a good fingerboard training plan this board is very effective at increasing finger and arm strength while avoiding injury. It also has a good variety of hold types so I have been able to train different combinations of grip types and number of fingers used. My only small criticism is that the wood is a little flawed, but I doubt this compromises the durability.
