This is what other customers say:
I went and tried these on in a shop and I need 6.5 as 6 is too small and 7 is too big. I believe a 40 EUR is 6.5 but please can you confirm before I order? Thanks
I bought a pair in the same style a while ago and want another pair as they are so very comfortable. My usual size is 39 but I needed a 38 in this particular style. Is the sizing still coming up large?
Hi Anne, If it's this particular model which you currently have then I would think it highly likely that size 38 would be best in your case. Sizing will be the same.
I had the accentor mid gtx in a 5.t and it was way too small. Ordered the 6 when the accentor mid gtx 3 came out and it was way too big

Hi Sophie,
According to Keen , a UK 6.5 equates to an EU 40. You can also confirm with the information listed in the size chart.
