Product description
Someone once said if you wanted proof of intelligent design, just look at cows. They taste good, they give milk and butter, they wear a leather jacket, and they are easy on the eyes, too, The Marmot Lifty Glove doesn't taste good or offer dairy products, but it does have a leather palm and leather knuckle reinforcements.
The nylon twill shell supplemented with reinforced knuckles protects the back of your hand from abrasions, whether you're fixing the lift or cragging in the cold. The leather-reinforced palm gives you extra grip on tools or ropes, without extra wear and tear on your glove. And to fend of the elements, Marmot created MemBrain, a proprietary polyurethane film that is windproof, waterproof, and still breathable. The Lifty glove sports the high-tech MemBrain so your hand stays warm and dry, even when the snow blows sideways and you're stuck helping another whiny ankle-biter onto the lift. The DriClime lining works in conjunction with the MemBrain to wick moisture away from your hands, minimizing the risk of frigid digits.
When temps plunge, Thermal R insulation will help keep your hand in good working order. Made from 100% recycled material, Thermal R is an innovative combination of channels and hollow fibers that traps warm air around your hand so your fine-motor skills remain intact. This glove isn't edible, but it will protect your fingers and hand from the cold so you can feed yourself for decades to come.
