Product description
Howling snowstorms, wind-blasted summits, and extreme winter conditions have nothing on the bombproof construction, moisture-shedding ability, and breathable performance of the Marmot Men's Alpinist Jacket. This top-shelf shell represents Marmot's 40-years of design expertise in creating outerwear to excel in the planet's gnarliest environments. That's why this jacket is outfitted with an ultra-tough Gore-Tex Pro (3-layer) membrane that's completely encased within an outer fabric and interior lining. This beefy construction outlives inferior-quality (2 or 2.5-layer) membrane constructions, ultimately creating a jacket that's built to withstand the rigors of professional ski guides and alpine climbers. In addition to its superior build construction, the jacket's Gore-Tex Pro membrane delivers the amazing waterproof performance and exceptional breathability that you've come to expect from Gore-Tex.

But this jacket's much more than just its fabric. Its helmet-compatible hood has a laminated wire brim that allows you to see out of your periphery when it's fully deployed. The DriClime-lined chin guard pulls moisture away from your face when you're perspiring and breathing heavily, helping you feel more comfortable and less clammy. Underarm vents feature water-resistant zippers that shed outside moisture while releasing built-up perspiration from intense skiing or climbing. Napoleon chest pockets stash your must-have items, and the waistbelt-friendly Pack Pockets offer easy-access to accessories when you're carrying a backcountry pack. In addition, the jacket's Angel-Wing Movement and athletic fit grant you full mobility for skiing, riding, and climbing.

Question from Jan | Neuburg

Question from Karsten | Kiel
Die Gewichtsangabe stimmt tatsächlich nicht
