Mammut - Crag Sender Helmet - Climbing helmet tested

I am not a climber but wanted to do some winter walking and abseiling with a friend who takes it way seriously! So I needed some head protection that would fit well and not bother me. I ride mountain bikes and love the TLD helmets so knew what good felt like. I have tried some helmets at an outdoor centre and they felt awkward and uncomfortable and made my head too hot! This fits the bill - I can put it in the winter pack and not notice the weight. When you need it - it fits and within moments you are unaware of it being there. Probably expensive for the occasional use I give it, but my head is quite valuable to me!
