Worst quality climbing pants I've ever had

I bought these pants less than a year ago and haven'twear them much, but they're already falling apart. The fabric has torn in multiple places, the elastic ankle cord is broken, and they look extremely worn(way worse than some cheaper pants I've bought years ago). Not worth the high price.
