Product description

If you're familiar with this boot, we don't need to tell you how great it is. Of course, we're referring to LOWA Mountain Boot. Regardless of whether you're in the British military or looking to go on a difficult mountaineering or trekking tour, the Mountain Boot will get the job done! The reason that this shoe excels in the harshest of conditions lies in how it is made: The construction consists of leather, a GORE-TEX lining, a Vibram sole and protective rand- This combination gives the Mountain Boot its robust and waterproof properties that make it the go-to shoe among police, military and security professionals. If that we're convincing enough, LOWA also equipped the boot with self-cleaning tread as well as a high collar to protect your ankles and your lower calf from sharp rocks. Last but not least, the Mountain Boot GTX is permitted as work boots (without toe protection caps). The individual abbreviations stand for: - Waterproofing (WR) - Resistance to slipping on ceramic tiles with cleaning agents (SRA) - Oil and gasoline-resistant outsole (FO) - Insulation (at most 10° drop in temperature in 30 minutes at an outside temperature of -17 °C) (CI) - Resistance to direct heat (HRO)
