Product description
The Women’s Theory from La Sportiva prove that we can still learn a thing or two from the animal world. Not only has the climbing shoes’ technology been developed by examining studies on gorilla gripping behaviour but even by looking at cat paws’ sensitivity. In other words, these climbing shoes guarantee both sensitivity and performance. These climbing shoes have been crafted to optimize power transfer thanks to their aggressive shape and the shoes will retain their shape over a long period of time thanks to the P3 System. At the same time, the shoes ensure a power transfer to the toes, which improves traction on small edges and holds. As for the upper, strategic rubber zones ensure protection, while still guaranteeing flexibility. Plus, thanks to its amazing breathable properties, moisture produced inside the shoe will be quickly transported to the outside. The climbing shoes also boast a heel with a reduced volume to allow a precise heel-hook and a reinforced toe area that enables a secure toe-hook. But that’s not all: a hook-and-loop closure to hold the shoe in place and to release tension on the heel for both comfort and an increased performance completes the wonderful climbing shoes.
