Product description
The Nepal Evo GTX are fully crampon-compatible, technical mountaineering boots for demanding pursuits in ice and the high mountains. They feature a water-repellent Idro-Perwanger leather upper with a protective rand to shield the leather from damage. For breathability and waterproof protection, the boot is equipped with a GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort membrane. The membrane sheds moisture incredibly quickly and fends off water with ease. To keep the soles of your feet nice and warm, La Sportiva have added a 9mm thick Ibi-Thermo insole as well. For the outsole, La Sportiva opted for a Vibram sole with deep lugs and integrated Impact Brake System for cushioning and better braking power on descents. For multi-directional mobility and stability around your ankle, the boot features the 3D Flex system. The contact surface of the sole has been increased, which makes walking in technical terrain much easier. The EZ-Out pull loop makes unlocking the lace lock a whole lot easier. The Nepal Evo GTX is a very reliable and durable option for the mountains.
