The aggressive FriXion Red outsole ensures optimum grip, whether on cushioned forest floors, soft meadows or stony hiking trails. Plus, the cushioning midsole with rock plate always gives you a comfortable running feel, while protecting you from stones, roots and the like.

Strong stability with every step

When it comes to the material of the trail running shoes, La Sportiva attaches great importance to the stability of your feet. This allows you to put them on precisely without them slipping during your run. In addition, the side panels are made using particularly breathable mesh fabric. This ensures effective ventilation, especially useful on long runs, and together with the Ortholite insole prevents the development of any unpleasant odours. Last but not least, the design of the Bushido lll is rounded off by heel loops and recycled laces. Let the running season begin!
