How much does it weigh? Would this be good for lightweight hiking?

I have food allergies, and I'm considering carrying dehydrated meals for both lunch and dinner for long through hikes. My lunch meal, I would dehydrate at breakfast to save on time, and carry it in a water tight food container. I own a Kleen Kantene 1L water bottle and find it really bulky and heavy, I just want to know if this is similar.

Hey Bea,

the 8 oz version weighs 312 g, the 16 oz one 372.
Dimensions are 94 mm H x 96 mm W and 140 mm H x 95 mm W, respectively.
I guess it is up to you to decide if that's too heavy and bulky... ;)
