Not only do they boast a high-quality leather design that works for everyday wear, but they also have high-end functional qualities. Whilst the leather used for the upper increases durability, the soft, water-repellent mesh lining adds next-to-skin comfort, even when wet. In other words, if you walk through a stream in the mountains or your feet start to sweat, you won’t have to worry about chafing or blisters!

Equipped with a rubber sole with multi-directional lugs and a supportive pre-shaped footbed, the high-quality sole unit gives you the surefootedness you need, whilst maintaining a high level of comfort. With a 4mm drop, the sandals promote natural movement as well.

How close to the toe end should your own toe fit please?

I take a size 8 in ordinary shoes so what would you suggest in this style please? Also should the heel be enclosed at the back. Thank you.

Hi Maureen, I'd recommend you stick with your normal size here too so a US 10.5 according to Keen. The closed heel is part of the design of these and it cannot be opened.
