Product description

For the quick and reliable disinfection of clear water: Micropur Forte MF 1T disinfection pills by Katadyn. It fits into your backpack and you can apply it easily - 1 pill cleans 1 liter of water. The oxidizing effect of chlorine kills bacteria and viruses and most protozoa and fungi. So you can be sure you have potable water. A small portion of silver conserves the water for up to 6 months, as it stops the development of bacteria.
You should only use the Micropur Forte MF 1T in clear water. In case of cloudy water the usage should be combined with a water filter to ensure the complete sterilization of the water. After 30 minutes the water is cleared of bacteria and viruses. In order to kill giardia cysts the pills should react on the water for 120 minutes before you drink it.
The pills are ideal for long-distance travel as well as camps, as they fit easily into your luggage and avoid application errors.
