Product description
Built for a rapid tempo: The Road-X-Treme 220 Running Shoes by Inov-8. With their low weight, minimalistic cushioning, and a 4 mm drop, they’re well-suited for a rapid forefoot running style. The dynamic EVA midsole provides a natural stride, and the nonslip outsole gives the shoe good traction.
The Road-X-Treme 220 Running Shoes have a very open mesh upper material on the shaft. It wicks away sweat and moisture. The classic lacing keeps your feet in place and prevents blistering. The Road-X-Treme 220 running shoes offer a great relationship between weight and dynamics!

I'd buy this one again!

It's a great shoe. Light, good ground contact, soft and all one should expect from an inov8 shoe.
I've had them for apx a year, and uses them as barefoot-running (they're btw useless for riding the bike, they're much too soft).
But (and here's the catch). They come in slightly smaller sizes than usual inov8's. I usually use US10 with inov8, however with this particular shoe, theres no room for socks. I mostly run sock-less, so its alright, but as they seem to "collect" gravel (when running on gravel/unpaved) i would like the sock-option.
To sum up: Great, but go up a bit in size.
