Does this mug come with the insulated lid for travel?

I read a review that suggested there is one lid that has an opening to drink from and one that is insulated so can be used while travelling to avoid spilling the contents inside, is this true?

How good is the lid at preventing spillages? Will I be ok putting my coffee in a bag or will I need to carry it when moving around?
