I’ve had several pairs of Hestra gloves over the years, always excellent. I bought these for a Lapland cross country skiing and snowshoe trip. They were perfect, used daily in -22c temperatures, no problem keeping warm. Very comfortable and quick drying, well made as you would expect from Hestra. I wouldn’t buy anything else. I work as a mountain guide and need my equipment to be able to do the job. These work for me..

Hi Maddie, That's very difficult to say because of the many variables that affect how we feel the cold. I would however , think that for most these will not be enough for that temperature on their own. A glove liner at the very least should be used and these could then possibly be fine for activity but not for long periods of standing around, for that you'll need more insulation.
