Are these effectively Grivel G12s with red straps!?

Hi,

Are these entirely the same design as standard G12s, but with Bergfreunde-sponsored straps? Or are parts of them not made by Grivel themselves?

yes - they are entirely the same design as the standard ones and the Bergfreunde-straps are also produced by Grivel.
