Good piece of essential winter kit
Reasonably priced and good all round walking/climbing axe. Very sharp in bare hands when new so I'd recommend a little light sanding.

Great Buy
Perfect little axe for mountaineering trips for occasional use. I got a short one , shorter than recommend for my height as it fits perfectly into the bag when not in use.
Feels more substantial in the hand than its weight suggests and cuts thru ice/ snow pack nicely cutting steps etc.
