Angenehm beim Klettern?

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem Tragen des Rucksackes beim Klettern (z.B. als Nachsteiger in einer Mehrseillänge). Trageriemen sollten nicht stören, und es sollte genügend Luft vorhanden sein um den Kopf ganz nach hinten beugen zu können (beim nach oben Schauen).

Ich stell mir die Frage ob ich ein 70meter seil in einen 40liter Rucksack reinkommen würde, mit exen, Gurt Kletterschuhe und 1 LITER Wasser?
