They're kind of out of fashion, the Angle Narrows of the world. That's due in large part to bolts, nuts and friends. But when it comes to alpinism or extremely technical climbing, you need piton that is made for thinner or medium cracks. The fact that a bolt left in the rock is much cheaper than every active cam goes without saying. The Climbing Technology Angle Narrow is an angular hard steel piton that is to be used on hard rock. It is particularly suitable for medium cracks.
Important notice: the length of 11cm is classified as a UIAA piton for Progression only. The 14cm size is for Safety!
