How we are preparing for Brexit

Even though a last-minute deal has been made, there are quite a few open questions and we are expecting some delays throughout January 2021. That said, we are doing everything possible to continue our service with the same quality.

You are very important to us and we do want to continue investing in our relationship! There are so many great places outdoors in the UK and even though it might become more complicated for us foreigners to go there, you will probably still want to explore new trails with good shoes, ride with the right bike clothing through the mud or just go to work with a warm jacket.
What happens if I return my order in 2021?

Of course, you will be able to return your order. We’ve introduced a new return label, which you can use to return your order to a UK address - let us take care of the rest.
What happens with my warranty case, can I send it to you?

There is a solution in place how you can send us your warranty case in 2021. The customs handling will of course add some further complexity, but let that be one of our headaches. Please visit our warranty page for further information.
Can I continue to buy great gear in 2021?
