When you're pushing your limits, every gram matters. With the Vaporlock Screwgate from Black Diamond, you can keep the weight down to a minimum. This screwgate carabiner can be used for belay stations on multi-pitch routes, belaying or rappelling. According to Black Diamond, the combination of the Vaporlock with an ATC increases friction up to 30% when lowering or rappelling. Of course, the carabiner comes equipped with a keylock nose to prevent snagging. With the Vaporlock Screwgate, you'll be adding a valuable piece to your kit - have fun climbing!

Beware - SMALL!

These carabiners are smaller than standard - thats not obvious from the pic or description.
Also the gate is fiddly.
