Product description
Arc'teryx gave the answer with the Men's Theta SV Bib. What was the question, you ask? Alpine professionals asked for a pant that would deliver protection from the elements in four seasons of wet, nasty weather. Ask and ye shall receive! Look towards this bib if you need a tough, full-coverage pant for expedition mountaineering, serious backcountry skiing, or alpine climbing.
The Theta SV Bib is built with waterproof breathable Gore-Tex Pro fabric laminated to the N80p-X nylon, sealing out any adverse weather while being a supple and notably soft to the touch. Reinforced paneling of N15-p-X shell fabric in the knees and butt is burly enough for any adventure, and the reinforced Keptrotec instep patch can take a nick from a crampon or two. The high-rise bib is an alpine classic; a streamlined profile with an integrated elastic waist to keep warmth in and snow and drafts out, and a full drop-seat option that does not require removing the suspenders and is compatible with harnesses make it a no-brainer. The Cordura powder cuff seals out the snow, and the full separating two-way zippers let you vent as needed or remove the bib over boots with ease. Now, the only question alpinists are asking is, ""What mountain should we conquer?"" You're on your own there.

  • Full separating two-way zippers
