Product description
The Adidas Womens Terrex Solo shoes offer both excellent grip for ascents and an attractive look for everyday use! These approach shoes consist of abrasion-resistant mesh material. They offer breathable comfort and excellent functionality on the rocks. The odor-neutralizing OrthoLite insoles are specially preformed to match feminine sole shapes. The high-grip Stealth rubber compound gives the shoes an excellent grip on steep terrain. Adiprene cushioning protects the heels. The protection plate in the front area prevents hard roots or sharp rocks from injuring your feet. You can easily fasten the shoes to your climbing harness or backpack. The Womens Terrex Solos look great in the city or on a slackline at the park.

Exceptional

The best grip I've felt,
brilliant approach shoe,
great for a cheeky climb too.
Taken and used on an exped in Canada and never caused any issues with rubbing etc, really comfy on long sections of the trip.
They're even great for those moist days on the cumbrian fells, slippy rocks don't need to be avoided!

Good Shoe for price

Can't fault the grip or style of shoe but caused blisters and red spots on first few wears. This has gotten better slowly as the back of show has been broken in and got softer.

    Good grip
    Lightweight
    Breathable
  • Disadvantages
    Causes blisters

I would buy this shoe again

I got the shoe pretty fast. I use it as I work at a climbing wall and use the shoe when I am teaching, I also use for walk ins.

I wish it was slightly less rigid and lower volume but it's the best approach shoe I have found since they redesigned the 5.10 guide tennies.
