I followed the sizing guidelines on Bergfreunde and ended up with a product too big to wear. I recommend you buy a size down.

Quality product

I find these pants comfortable. The insulation is very thin. For warmer days. I am size S or M, but took these in size L for snowboarding protection gear. Still looking slim!
